Privacy at PounceBytz

The short version: we don't collect anything. No signup form, no mailing list, no accounts, no analytics. If you email us we'll have your email — because you sent it — and we will never sell it, share it, or do anything that outs you. That last part isn't boilerplate; it's the whole point of this studio.

What we collect

Nothing. There is no signup form on this site, no mailing list, no accounts, no names, no tracking pixels of our own, and no analytics scripts watching you read this page. You can browse every page here without giving us a single thing.

If you choose to email us, then yes — we have that email, because you sent it. We reply, and that's the end of it.

Where it lives

We run no database and keep no visitor records. Mail you send to hello@pouncebytz.com is routed by Cloudflare into an ordinary mailbox, exactly like any message you'd send anyone. Nothing gets added to a list, because there isn't one.

What we do with it

We read your message and we answer it. We never sell, rent, trade, or share anything you send us. If you'd like the whole conversation deleted, ask and it's gone.

Third parties this site talks to

Two, both standard plumbing: Vercel hosts the site (their servers see the ordinary request logs any website generates), and Google Fonts serves the typefaces (Google sees a font request from your IP). That is the entire list. We set no cookies of our own, and no page here loads a third-party script.

Who this is for

PounceBytz makes software for adults (18+). Our apps involve role-play dynamics between consenting grown-ups; nothing here is directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy ever changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page and note the new date below. We won't quietly move the goalposts.
