Privacy at PounceBytz
The short version: I don't collect anything. There's no signup form, no mailing list, no accounts, and no analytics. If you email me, I'll have your email address because you sent it to me. I'll never sell it, share it, or do anything that could out you, and I take that last part very seriously.
What I collect
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand basic page views (which pages are visited and how often). This doesn't track you across sites, use cookies, or collect personal information. It's privacy-friendly analytics that helps me understand which pages people find useful.
There's no signup form, mailing list, accounts, or tracking pixels. If you email me, I'll have that email. I'll reply, and that's it.
Where it's kept
I don't run a database or keep visitor records. Email sent to hello@pouncebytz.com is forwarded by Cloudflare to a normal mailbox. It doesn't get added to any list, because I don't have one.
What I do with it
I read your message and reply. I never sell, rent, trade, or share anything you send me. If you want the conversation deleted, just ask.
Other companies involved
Just one: Vercel, which hosts the site and provides the web analytics. Like any web host, their servers keep the usual request logs. Vercel's analytics are privacy-first: they don't use cookies, don't track you across sites, and don't collect personal information. The fonts are hosted here too, so no font service sees your visit.
The Babblefy app
Babblefy doesn't have internet access, so it can't send anything to me or anyone else. It doesn't keep a record of what you type. The only things it saves are your settings and any words you add, and those are stored on your phone. There are no accounts, analytics, or crash reports. If you uninstall it, that data is removed too.
Who this is for
PounceBytz makes software for adults (18+). My apps involve role-play between consenting adults. Nothing here is aimed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, I'll update this page and put the new date below.
